Tim and his staff are my auto insurance broker and have been for over 30 years. We have two sons and both were covered in our policy up until recently when my oldest moved to Italy. Danna Alfi is wonderful. We all typically contact an insurance company because something has gone wrong. Danna is a compassionate person who will do her best to help you and inform you when you need it. I think we can all agree that 2020 has been crazy and stressful. My car was stolen and Danna was so helpful in finding out the exact terms of my coverage promptly and let me know exactly what the coverage options would be on another car I wanted to buy. The day I was slated to purchase the car the sale fell through due to a lack of title on hand. Immediately I contacted Danna and she cancelled it.
